Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Hyrpilot you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to work and enter into a contract where you live, whichever is older.

Hyrpilot helps you find jobs and prepare applications. It searches job listings, scores how well they fit your profile, rewrites your CV for a specific role, drafts cover letters, and can fill in and submit application forms for you.

Hyrpilot is a tool, not an employment agency, a recruiter, or a career adviser. We do not promise that you will get interviews or a job, and we are not part of any hiring decision.

One person, one account, one profile. Keep your password to yourself and tell us at hyrpilot@gmail.com if you think someone else has got into your account.

The information in your profile and CV has to be true. Everything the assistant produces is built from what you give it, so anything inaccurate there will end up in real applications sent to real employers under your name.

This is the most important section in these terms.

When you ask Hyrpilot to apply to a job, it submits an application as you. You are the applicant. You are responsible for what is sent, including any answers the assistant filled in and any CV or cover letter it wrote.

We ask for your consent before an application is submitted, and we show you what will be sent. Review it. If something is wrong, misleading, or not how you would put it, change it before it goes. Once an application has been submitted to an employer we cannot pull it back.

You agree not to use Hyrpilot to send applications that misstate your experience, qualifications, work authorisation, or identity.

Tailored CVs, cover letters, match scores, and suggested answers are generated by AI. AI gets things wrong. It can invent detail, overstate experience, or misread a job listing.

Treat everything it produces as a draft that you check, not as finished work you can send unread. You keep ownership of your CV and your own words, and we do not claim ownership of what the assistant drafts for you.

The extension runs inside your own Chrome browser and acts using your own signed-in sessions on job sites. That means it can see and do what you could do yourself on those pages, and only while you have it installed and enabled.

You can remove it at any time from Chrome. What it can access is described in the Privacy Policy.

Hyrpilot works with job listings from sites we do not own or control. Those sites have their own terms, and using them through Hyrpilot does not exempt you from those terms.

We do not guarantee that a listing is real, current, or accurate, and we are not responsible for what an employer or job board does with an application you send.

Please do not:

• use the service to apply on behalf of someone else, or to run accounts for other people
• submit applications you know to be false or misleading
• try to break, overload, or work around limits in the service, including rate limits and plan allowances
• scrape, resell, or redistribute the job data or AI output we give you
• upload anything unlawful, or anyone else's personal data

Hyrpilot has a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in Indonesian Rupiah through our payment provider, DOKU, using the method you choose at checkout. We do not see or store your card or bank details.

A paid plan runs for the period you paid for and does not renew automatically unless the checkout said so. You can keep using a paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for.

Because AI usage costs money the moment it happens, we do not refund a period you have already used. If you were charged in error, or the service failed to deliver something you paid for, write to hyrpilot@gmail.com and we will put it right.

We may change prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.

We try to keep Hyrpilot running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may change, pause, or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you are paying for, you can ask us for a fair refund of the unused part.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. What happens to your data after that is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is being used to send false applications, or that puts the service or other users at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Indonesian consumer law, and nothing limits our responsibility for fraud or for anything the law does not allow us to limit.

Beyond that, Hyrpilot is provided as it is. We are not responsible for a job you did not get, an application an employer rejected or never saw, or a decision you made based on something the assistant wrote. Where we are found responsible for something, our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of Indonesia.

If we make a significant change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is material, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Hyrpilot after a change means you accept the updated terms.
